Chicken Broccoli Bake

340g Broccoli

500ml Chicken Stock

1 Can Mushroom Soup

150g Dry Rice

600g Cooked Chicken Breast

50g Shredded Cheese

5 Cloves Garlic

80g Onion (half a small onion)

1/2 Tbls Garlic Powder

1/2 Tbls Onion Powder

1/2 Tbls Pink salt


Spray your pot, instant pot or ninja foodi with non stick spray sauté garlic and onion. Add all other ingredients except cooked chicken breast and cheese to the pot.


Pressure cook for 3 min or simmer or stove until rice is fully cooked. Once cooked mix in your chopped up cooked chicken breast. Add to a 9x11 casserole top with cheese bake till cheese is cooked.
