You will need:
700g Uncooked Extra Lean Ground Beef
150g Dry Pasta Noodles
500g Beef Broth
350g Tomato Sauce
200g Diced Onion
15g Italian Seasoning
5g Garlic Powder
2g Paprika
5-10 g pink salt
100g Shredded Cheese
40g Light Cream Cheese
100g Plain Greek Yogurt
How to ⬇️⬇️
Start by browning extra lean ground beef, add seasoning and onion while it is cooking.
Once it is cooked add all ingredients except for shredded cheese, light cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
Pressure cook for 3 minutes or slow cook on high or bring to a boil until noodles are cooked.
Stir in remaining ingredients and divide evenly into 6 prepped meals.
