475g Extra Lean Ground Chicken Breast
375g (1 bag) Coleslaw Mix
150g Red Pepper
50g Light Soya
10g Garlic
Option to add fresh ginger for flavour
Sauté ground meat, seasonings and soya sauce. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till cabbage is fully cooked and divide into 4 servings.
