This recipe makes 6 portions


200g Dry Pasta Noodles

5-700ml Chicken Broth

1 Pack (240g) Riced Cauliflower

1 Small Onion (100g)

2 tsp Garlic Power

2 tsp Pink Salt

200g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

200g Cottage Cheese

70g Shredded Cheese


**5g Shredded Cheese and Panko on top of each serving


Instructions:

Bring chicken stock to a simmer, you made need more stick depending on how much liquid your noodles absorb. Add in noodles, cauliflower, onion, salt, and garlic powder.


Continue to cook till noodles are fully cooked. Turn off stove mix in cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and 70g cheese.


Divide into 6 portions top each one with 5g panko and 5g shredded cheese.


Bake or air fry to crisp top!
