Buffalo Chicken:
80g Chicken Breast or more for ⬆️ for more protein!
50g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
Franks seasoning powder or franks red hot sauce
Top with:
20g Tex Mex or more if you choose!
Tomatoes
Red Onion
Peppers
Avocado
Green Onion
Tips on making homemade fries:
I used 150g serving for my plate/macros
Cut potatoes into strips, soak in cold water for 10 minutes.
Spray with non stick spray bake or air fry.
I often bake in the oven and then air fry after when I do big batches.
You can toss in Flavor Gods Garlic Lovers and Pink Salt for extra FLAVOUR 🔥
