500g Extra Lean Ground Beef
430g Zucchini
1 Can 156ml Tomato Paste
1 Can 796ml Diced Tomatoes
1 Jar 660ml Strained Tomatoes
900ml Chicken Stock
80g Onion
5 Garlic Cloves
15g Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Pink Salt
Sauté onion, garlic, and extra lean ground beef. Add in all other ingredients pressure cook for 3 min or simmer till zucchini is cooked.
Add cooked noodles of choice top with cheese if you’d like!
