An easily overlooked benefit of meal prepping is not having to fire the oven up every single night! You can pre make this and reheat for an easy and delicious on the go meal. This meal is so versatile and can be made to fit whatever goals you have with your nutrition.


Gyro Beef:

Season your extra lean ground beef

10 g Italian Seasoning

10 g Garlic Powder

5 g Coriander


Form into a load shape and bake at 375 until baked through. Try to have it lifted off the pan - you could use a cooling rack or even tin foil.


Once beef is cooked slice it thinly to be your gyro beef. Fill your pitas with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, gyro beef, tzatziki and whatever else you enjoy.
