Shredded BBQ Chicken

1000g Raw Chicken Thigh
1/4 Cup Granulated Stevia
1 tsp Onion Powder
1.5g tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pink Salt
1 Can Diet Root Beer (sub for any diet pop)
Mix your chicken thighs with spices and stevia, add to pressure cooker or slow cooker. Pour diet pop over top.
Pressure cook for 15 min or slow cook.
Once cooked drain extra liquid, I prefer using beaters to shred easily.
Top with bbq sauce of choice and enjoy!
