830g (2 packs) Extra Lean Ground Chicken Breast
800g (2 bags) Coleslaw Mix
125g Red Pepper
100g Coconut Aminos
7g Fresh Ginger
10g Garlic
Sauté ground meat, seasonings and coconut amino’s. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till cabbage is fully cooked.
I added rice, iceberg lettuce and hummus to balance and volumize my plate.
