Macros for a 250g piece
309 Cals
30g Protein/ 5.3g Fat/ 36.4g Carb
227g Dry Penne Noodles (I used one full box of Go go Quinoa noodles)
3 Cups Cashew Milk
1 Pack Simply Organic Alfredo Mix
150g Onion 150g Frozen Peas
500g Cooked Chicken Breast
40g Shredded Cheese
10g Parmesan
How to: Add dry pasta noodles to pot or pressure cooker, add cashew milk, Alfredo seasoning, and onion. Pressure cook for 3 min or until noodles are cooked if cooking in a pot. Add frozen peas and chicken into the cooked noodles. Add to a casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake till cheese is melted and enjoy!
