Dough:
100g PEScience Flour Substitute (can use any whey casein blend protein powder)
80g Almond Flour
1 Snack Container Unsweetened Applesauce (105g)
1/2 Cup Granulated Stevia
50g Almond or Cashew Milk
1 Egg
Pinch of Pink Salt
Filling:
250g Light Cherry Pie Filling
Icing:
20g Truvia Stevia Sweetened Icing Sugar
Add 1-2 spoons of almond milk

Makes all of your ingredients for your dough and have that ready.
Preheat your oven to 350. Line a 9 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper, add roughly 3/4 of your dough to the 9 x 9 lined pan, add 250g canned light cherry filling, then add the remaining dough on top just scattered on top.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top of your cherry bars are starting to look golden brown.
Mix the 20 g of truvia icing sugar with just enough almond milk to get a good consistency. Drizzle the icing on top.
