Protein 11.4g/ Fat 0.5g/ Carb 7.7g
600g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
300g 0% Cottage Cheese
1 Package Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
100g Egg Whites
1 Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
30g PEScience Protein Powder
3/4 Cup Granulated Stevia
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the bender blend and poor into a lined 9x11 baking dish.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 min.
Let cool then place in fridge to set. They will puff up when baking then flatten out after.
