100g Dry Rice
240g Riced Cauliflower
60g Dried Chickpeas
100g Red Pepper (1 Large Pepper)
195g Onion (1 Large Onion)
400ml Can Light Coconut Milk
200ml Chicken Stock
10g Garamond Masala
10g Curry Spice
10-15g Pink salt x2
Add all ingredients to pressure cooker or pot, pressure cook for 3 min or simmer in a pot until rice is cooked.
