High Protein Pizza Crust

120g Flour of Choice 10g Baking powder 250g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt Few pinches pink salt ⬇️How To:⬇️ Mix with a spoon to start. You may need to mix the dough by hand to work it into a dough. It can be sticky! Just sprinkle a small amount of flour as needed to reduce the stickiness or get dough off your hands. Just be mindful too much Will impact the macros and/or dry it out. Divide into two dough balls for two personal pizza crusts or one big pizza. I roll them out onto parchment paper, if the bottom sticks that’s ok once it’s baked it won’t stick to the parchment. You can also place a piece of parchment on top to roll it out through as well. Top your pizza as you’d like and enjoy!
