450g Extra Lean Ground Chicken
5g Pink Salt
2g Black Pepper
50g Flour
Sauce:
150g Sugar Free Ketchup
10g Worcestershire Sauce
30g Honey
10g Franks Red Hot Sauce
10g Garlic Powder
5g Onion Powder
How to: ⬇️
Start by making your meatballs and divide into 12. Bake at 375 for 30 min or till cooked through.
Make your sauce separately while meatballs cook.
Once meatballs are cooked toss in the sauce until equally coated.
