My highly anticipated (and well worth the wait!!)
🍰🥕 Protein Carrot Cake 🥕🍰

14.7g Protein/ 2.7g Fat/ 14.5g Carb
90g Oat Flour
90g @pescience Casein Whey Blend Vanilla
1/3 Cup Stevia Splenda Granular
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
Few Pinches Pink Salt
3 Cups Grated Carrot
1 Egg
100g Egg Whites
100g Plain 0% Greek Yogurt
65g Raisins (soak raisins in hot water when you start add them last)
Creamcheese Icing
100g Light Cream Cheese
100g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
30g PES Science Casein Whey Blend Vanilla
1/3 Cup Granulated Stevia
5g Vanilla Extract
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then combine, add in raisins you had soaking.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or until cooked through.
Once cooled add icing. Add carrot or nuts on top if desired!
