High Protein Mini Egg Brownies

110 cals per 50g piece

6.1g Protein/ 2.8g Fat/ 14.8g Carb


200g Pumpkin Purée

150g @kodiakcakes Cake Mix

30g @pescience Protein Powder

1 Cup Granulated Stevia

50g Cocoa

150g Almond Milk

5g Baking Soda

5g Baking powder

100g Mini Eggs

Pink salt


Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, leave mini eggs out.


Combine wet and dry ingredients.


Bake at 375 for 15-20 min or until cooked through. I added crushed some mini eggs and added on top when brownies were fresh out of the oven.
