7g Protein | 5.6g Fat | 20g Carb
Crust:
50g Butter
110g Graham Cracker Crumbs
Cheesecake Filling:
600g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
3 Eggs
1 28g pack Sugar Free Pudding Mix
100g Monk Fruit Sweetener
5g Vanilla Extract
How to: ⬇️
Start with melting the butter and mixing graham crumbs into the melted butter.
Spread mixture into a lined 9x11 baking dish. I use the bottom of a glass to press the crust and spread it out.
Bake crust at 375 for 10 min, let cool.
Mix cheesecake filling with beaters then add to crust. Bake for 30-45 min or until top is set.
