Donut:
150g Pumpkin Purée
100g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
80g PESCIENCE Chocolate Cupcake Protein Powder
50g Cocoa
3/4 Cup Granulated Stevia
100g Egg Whites
1 Egg
50g Almond Milk
5g Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
80g Lily’s Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Pink Salt

Frosting:
100g Light Cream Cheese
100g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
30g PESCIENCE Chocolate Cupcake Protein Powder
10g Cocoa
1/3 Granulated Stevia
Small splash of water or almond milk to mix
The How To:
Mix wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, then combine together. Spray donut tray with non stick spray, divide batter evenly into 12. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min, keep an eye on them when they feel like they’ve set they’re done! Frost those beauties once they’ve cooled and ENJOY.
