Chow Mein Noodles

Per 150g portion 175 cals
Protein 6.4g/ Fat 3.5g/ Carb 37.1g
1 Package (454g) Double Happiness Chow Mein Noodles (found in the fridge section near bagged salads at save on foods)
475g Cabbage
2 Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Onion
4-6 Cloves Garlic
1-2 tsp Ginger (I use fresh and grate it)
30mls Sesame Oil
100mls Light Soya
75mls Oyster Sauce
6 tsp No cal sweetener (sub for your preferences sweetener, sweeten to taste)
Instructions:
Spray a pan or pot with non stick cooking spray, sauté cabbage, peppers, onion and garlic.
In a bowl fill it with hot tap water and soak noodles. Use tongs to help them soften.
Turn off pot with cabbage/veg once it is softened and cooked, add noodles in. Add in sauce mix and mix together.
You’re done! Warning this makes a very large batch!! This recipe is very forgiving add whatever you’d like play with the sauce ingredient ratios to your preference.
