You will need:
760g Uncooked Stewing Beef
300g Potato or Sweet Potato
150g Celery
150g Carrot
2 Cups Water
1 Medium Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
350g Crushed Tomato (optional)
1 Pack Club House Beef Stew Seasoning
How to: ⬇️
Start by browning your stewing beef, then add in onion and garlic. Once beef is browned add in all other ingredients.
Simmer until all veggies are cooked through stirring on occasion.
