Air Fried Falafel

Per 60g Serving 87 Cals
Protein 4.9g/ Fat 1.4g/ Carb 13.2g
330g Canned Chickpeas (540ml can drained and rinsed)
65g Onion (half a smaller onion)
4 Cloves Garlic
7g Fresh Parsley
7g Fresh Cilantro
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Pink Salt
15g All Purpose Flour
Drain and rinse chickpea, add all ingredients except flour to food processor or bowl and use a hand blender.
Blend till mixed can still be a slightly rougher texture. Sprinkle flour over top and mix.
Form into balls, spray with non stick spray, air fry at 390 for 20 min flipping half way through.
