What does doing the Deep Work even mean?

We talk about being on healing journeys, but it’s more than green juice and yoga.
Healing work means pushing up against your growth edge, being triggered by your own blocks, sitting with the most uncomfortable parts of yourself and working through instead of avoiding them.

Healing work feels uncomfortable, rock bottoms are also a part of the process. I’m going to openly share some of the blocks I have within myself that I am authentically sitting with to heal:
Block: I associate my value and worth with how hard I’m capable of working.
Shift: I am worthy and enough exactly as I am.
Block: I self abandon to prioritize serving and supporting others.
Shift: Setting healthy boundaries is how I honour my self worth and create a life of balance .
Process: When we do the deep work and are self aware of blocks we are navigating when we feel triggered or challenged we bring ourselves back to what we are working through and reflect.
We ask ourselves what we are meant to take away from that moment of challenge and struggle you’re feeling.
